These terms are provided in line with the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002 (ECTA), the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 (CPA) and the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA). By using this website you agree to these terms.

All tithes, offerings, building fund and missions gifts are voluntary donations. No goods or services are supplied in return for a donation.

Donations can be made by EFT to our FNB account or, once available, by card through a secure third-party payment provider. We never see or store your full card details.

Gifts may be made in any listed currency. Bank or card fees and exchange-rate differences charged by your bank or the payment provider are not controlled by the church.

If you donated by mistake (for example a wrong amount, a duplicate payment, or a payment made to us in error), you may request a refund within 10 (ten) days of the payment date.

To request a refund, contact us by phone or through the Connect page with: your full name, payment date, amount, currency, the payment reference used, and proof of payment.

Once the payment is confirmed in our account, we will refund the amount to the original account or card within 14 business days. Bank charges or exchange-rate losses deducted by banks may be subtracted from the refund.

Requests received after 10 days are considered at the church's discretion. Donations already used for their stated purpose may not be refundable.

Section 18A tax certificates can only be issued if and when the church holds approval from the South African Revenue Service (SARS). Please contact us to ask whether a certificate is available for your gift.

We collect only the information needed for membership, prayer requests, contact messages and giving records (such as name, phone number, email, country and gift details).

We use this information only for church administration and to communicate with you. We do not sell it. It is stored securely and shared only with service providers who help us run this website and payments.

You may ask to see, correct or delete your personal information, or object to its use, by contacting us. You may also lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa (inforeg.org.za).

Member access is granted by the church administrators. Keep your password private. We may pause or remove access where the site is misused.

Sermons, videos, images and text on this website belong to Generation for Christ or are used with permission. You may share them for personal, non-commercial ministry use with credit to the church.

We take care to keep information accurate, but service times and events may change. We are not responsible for content on external sites such as YouTube or Facebook.

We may update these terms from time to time; the latest version is always on this page. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
